Last month, beloved characters Beavis and Butt-Head made a glorious return to cinema for Mike Judge’s Paramount+ feature Beavis and Butt-Head Do the Universe. Now, the raunchy BFFs will star in a revival season of Judge’s original show, as Consequence points out. The episodic series hits Paramount+ on August 4. William “Poogie” Hart, vocalist and founding member of the Philadelphia soul group the Delfonics, has died, TMZ and The Philadelphia Inquirer report. Hart was taken to Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia after experiencing difficulty breathing and died Thursday night due to complications from surgery, according to the reports. He was 77. The Delfonics grew out of Hart’s time in Philadelphia with the Orphonics, a band he founded with his brother, Wilbert “Wil” Hart, and high school friends Randy Cain and Richie Daniels. William Hart was introduced to legendary writer-producer Thom Bell by Del-Vikings singer and eventual Delfonics manager Stan Watson. Ricky Martin’s 21-year-old nephew has reportedly been identified as the individual who was granted a restraining order against the pop singer earlier this month. A Puerto Rican judge approved the restraining against Martin on July 1st, but the identity of the accuser had been unknown until now. According to Spanish newspaper Marca (via People), Martin’s brother, Eric, identified the artist’s nephew, Dennis Yadiel Sanchez, as his accuser. According to the restraining order, which was filed under Puerto Rico’s domestic violence law, Martin and Sanchez had been in a seven-month relationship.
