The Expensive-Looking Mango Coat Alexa, Sienna and Katie All Own

A testament to the coat’s versatility, Sienna, Alexa and Katie styled their Mango coats completely differently to one another. Alexa layered hers over a cream ruffle-hem midi dress, which she finished with black patent Mary Jane shoes and cute grey socks. Taking a more casual approach, Sienna styled hers with straight-leg jeans and trending cropped Uggs. Katie? She stuck to a neutral and creamy colour palette for her ensemble.   If you’re anything like me and find each outfit appealing, I’ve shopped out their looks below, including the all-important Mango coat.  You Deserve to Make Money Even When you are looking for Dates Online. Robert Nava Explores Tension and Harmony in “Bloodsport”

Night Gallery is getting ready to play host to a suite of new paper-based work by Indiana-born, Brooklyn-based artist, Robert Nava. As his second solo show with the gallery, “Bloodsport” shifts from expansive landscapes to Nava’s trademark amorphosized figures. Using a variety of tools, from acrylic and oil stick, to graphite and spray paint, each layer acts as a dialouge between the artist and the unknown. By obsessively drawing, Nava allows his unconscious to take over in gestural marks that manifest as four-legged sharks and fire-breathing tigers, to winged rabbits. According to a statement by Night Gallery, the artist uses these devices to explore tension and harmony, balance and unpredictability, instinct and intention. Amidst the dualities of thought lies an adventure that the artist...

Asif Hoque Reflects on the Power of Light in “Before Sunrise”

Asif Hoque is a Bangladeshi artist who was raised between Rome and South Florida. The mythological figures within his compositions reflect these three disparate points on the globe, often mixing the complex iconography found within each culture. Today New York’s Yossi Milo Gallery unveiled a new body of work by Hoque, titled “Before Sunrise.” The title of the show makes reference to when Hoque and his brother would return back home to Florida from the bustle of urban life to witness the warm glow of the morning sunrise. At the core of the exhibition is the theme of growth — the way in which light quite literally casts life into existence. Following the thread of previous work, Hoque’s balancing between the feminine and the masculine is expanded through large-scale linen paintings that...

Desert X AlUla Is a Mythic Art Experience Like No Other

Peruse the vast Saudi Desert and you might stumble on an enchanting desert oasis filled with otherworldly artistic installations. Held annually at AlUla (Al-’Ula) — a city of the Medina Region in north-western Saudi Arabia, the popular Desert X Biennial brings together a cast of international artists who descend and reinterpret the ancient desert terrain. Curated by Reem Fadda, Raneem Farsi and Neville Wakefield and produced by The Desert Biennial, the 2022 edition brings 15 artists who have created work centered around the theme of Sarab — exploring ideas of mirage and oasis — both intrinsic to desert history and culture that has taken on complex worldwide significance over time. “The desert concepts of mirage and oasis have long been tied to ideas of survival, perseverance, desire a...

I’ve Been Searching for the Perfect Shirt Forever— I Think I’ve Finally Found It

There are certain wardrobe classics you can spend a lifetime searching for; the perfect pair of jeans for instance, or the perfect trench coat. For me, it’s the perfect cotton button down shirt. I’ve tried them all, mostly from the high street I admit, and brought home a few really good ones to add to my collection. Mango, H&M and Arket all have great affordable options, but none have quite met my high standards of absolute perfection. They’re either too long, too oversized, too see-through or too stretchy; not to mention the ones that are lost to their creases after the first wash and never regain that original crispness.  I’d almost given up on my search, but recently, thanks to a late night Net-a-Porter sale order, I think I may have stumbled across the holy...

17 French Manicure Ideas I’ve Saved For My Next Salon Visit

When I was little, there were three things that I knew would be the mark of true adulthood. Long weave, lots of lipgloss and a French manicure. Yes, I was a teen of the noughties. There’s something about a French manicure that just screamed sophistication for me, and even as an adult with a ton of other nail options, the French manicure still has such a grip on the nail designs that I save on Pinterest and Instagram. The reason that this manicure never gets old or falls out of favour is because it is so easy to reinvent with little design additions and the entire colour spectrum to play with, without it looking too loud. You can adapt it to any season with different hues, sparkles and glitter. Or you can go super simple, classic and parred back, the list really goes on when it comes to Fre...

J.Lo Wore a Little White Wedding Dress on the Red Carpet With Ben Affleck

If we don’t get to see Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, famously referred to as Bennifer, get engaged (for the second time) in 2022, at least we can say that we witnessed the couple looking wedding-ready on the red carpet. It’s not the same, clearly, but when it comes to our favourite early aughts duo, we’ll take what we can get. On Tuesday night, the couple arrived at the Los Angeles premiere of Lopez’s new movie Marry Me, which she stars in alongside Owen Wilson and Maluma, casually dressed like—and acting like—newlyweds. Specifically, Lopez wore a long-sleeve lace minidress designed by Giambattista Valli with feather-embellished Jimmy Choo heels and Dior diamond earrings. Affleck’s look likewise set off wedding bells, including ...

Ford Gives a Full Look at the GT Alan Mann Heritage Edition

Ford has just unveiled a new Heritage Edtion GT paying homage to Alan Mann Racing’s lightweight 1966 Ford GT experimental race car. “Whether it’s going like hell at the racetrack or out-innovating the competition, the Ford GT Alan Mann Heritage Edition honors the vehicles that helped lead Ford to its wins,” said Mike Severson, Ford GT program manager. “With its red and gold livery, this Ford GT is inspired by Alan Mann Racing’s contribution to our Le Mans-winning story.” On top of the red and gold livery with the No. 16 on the doors, hood, and rear wing, this supercar also features exposed carbon fiber, 20-inch wheels, a front splitter, side sills, engine louvers, and a distinct rear diffuser. Singer Reveals Its Next Generation of Porsche 911 Services in the “Turbo Study”

The next chapter of Singer has just been announced. Listening to its clientele of air-cooled 911 owners, Singer will now be extending its restoration services to incorporate turbocharging. “My first ever ride in a Porsche 911 as an 11-year-old in 1976 left me dry-mouthed and speechless – it was a black 930 Turbo with red tartan seats. Forty-five years on from that life-changing moment I’m excited to present the results of our study that aims to capture the awesome thrill of Porsche’s first ‘supercar’ while reimagining its performance and refinement and collaborating with owners to take both to new heights. I believe it’s a fitting tribute to a car that changed my life and many others,” said Rob Dickinson, Founder and Executive Chairman, of Singer Group Inc. Starting off as a Ty...

Open Road: 2021 fragment design x Maserati Ghibli S Q4

For car enthusiasts, driving is about more than just the technical specifics. Open Road explores not just what these cars do, but what they mean. Whether it’s an old, new, or exotic model, HYPEBEAST is looking beyond the stats to unpack the simple pleasures of automotive. “But what’s different about it?” That was the main comment heard from friends when the two-toned fragment design x Maserati Ghibli S Q4 rolled into their driveway. While the Trident bears a bit of prestige and luxury to anyone who’s aware, a collaboration with the Japanese streetwear brand raised a few eyebrows and questions, particularly what the partnership entails and why. To understand these questions, it’s more important to take a step back and understand fragment design. Without giving ...

Ryan Schneider Releases a Mythic Sculpture With Case Studyo

Ryan Schneider is an American artist who creates expressive work that reflects the mythic aura of his home base in Joshua Tree. Originally a painter, Schneider has shifted into sculpture in recent years, toiling away at massive wooden blocks that often require power tools, such as chainsaws to mold. His latest sculpture follows this current trajectory, a new bronze sculpture dubbed NO-BODY’S FOOL. Made in conjunction with Case Studyo, the sculpture is embellished with a polished finish that is cast from an original wood sculpture chainsawed out of cedar from Idyllwild, California. The totemic four-faced sculpture is described by the artist as “a head without a body, a floating consciousness temporarily weighted with materiality, an ancient being that dwells within.” It’s shape-shifted face...
