A move to Serie A could be ideal for Giroud at this stage of his career. The slower pace of Italian football is likely to suit his style of play, and he could prove to be a handy option for Milan.
They could definitely use more depth in their attacking department, and signing Giroud on a free transfer would be a wise decision.
Giroud has proven to be extremely useful for club and country over the years and is likely to make a vital contribution for Milan even if he is not playing regularly.
