A highly anticipated feature from A24 and visionary director Ari Aster is setting its premiere date, bringing a powerhouse cast to the small screen. The new film, Eddington, which was both written and directed by Aster, will make its exclusive U.S. streaming debut on HBO Max on Friday, November 14. For those who prefer the traditional television experience, the movie is scheduled to air on the HBO linear channel the following night, Saturday, November 15.

The contemporary Western thriller promises to be an intense character study, centered on a tense situation in a small town in New Mexico. The plot is described as a standoff in May of 2020 that ignites a conflict, pitting neighbor against neighbor after a dispute between the local sheriff and mayor.
