Summary
- “AMG Music” marks the first official collaborative track to come from ASAP NAST and Destroy Lonely
- The song signals the second cut lifted from NAST’s imminent studio debut, 90s Era Nasty Vol. 1., following up “No Hammer”
After conquering the streets of Paris Fashion Week together, ASAP NAST and Destroy Lonely have teamed up for their first official studio single, aptly entitled “AMG Music.” Despite it being their first-ever track together, the pair proves itself to be a well-oiled unit on the high-octane new cut.
Produced by UK-based Kelvin Krash, “AMG Music” marks the second single from Nast’s long-awaited forthcoming debut album, 90s Era Nasty Vol. 1, following up on May’s fellow AWGE x OPIUM-released NAST cut, “No Hammer.” “AMG Music” arrives as a true fusion of NAST and Lone’s respective sounds, ushering in a new, more rage-rap-inspired era for NAST.
The video brings the lyrics to life to a tee, directed by Bladi and shot entirely on 35mm film in Paris. NAST and Lone galivant around the Parisian streets alongside Bloody Osiris, paying homage to the song title as they whip a 1994 Mercedes AMG E-Class S124 around the city. While 90s Era Nasty Vol. 1. is still sans an official release date, “AMG Music” points to all signs of NAST potentially revving up to a release in the coming months.
