According to reports, Yachty, driving in rainy conditions on a local highway, spun out and totaled his Ferrari but thankfully he walked away relatively unscathed. Local outlet WSB-TV reports that Yachty, real name Miles McCollum, was driving on Interstate 75/85 northbound when he encountered slick roads from a rainstorm and lost control of his 2020 Ferrari 488, slamming into a median wall before skidding across seven lanes and hitting another. A week after some NYPD officers were claiming that they were “poisoned” by way of milkshakes at a Shake Shack in New York City, the New York Post is reporting that not only did the officers involved make up the entire story, but that the lieutenant for the Bronx officers took things a step further by sending an email to the police unions saying the officers were throwing up because of the laced shakes. Kapri, had his appeal shot down by a panel of judges from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit according to exclusive details obtained by BOSSIP. Black, 22, filed the appeal on the basis of getting his sentence shorted due to the fact his side believes the judge who handed out the original sentence was out of line. The complicated legal matter stems from Black’s designation as a convicted felon, this after he pleaded no contest to a strong-arm robbery case in Florida that did not end in a conviction thus sealing the case. The 78th Golden Globe Awards will take place on February 28, 2021, according to an announcement from the Hollywood Foreign Press Association released on Monday (June 22). Crowdfunding Campaign Launched for Club der Visionaere in Effort to Save Venue
Berlin’s storied Club der Visionaere (CDV) is in danger of closing permanently due to ongoing setbacks related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The CDV management team, who also run CDV’s sister venue, Hoppetosse, have launched a crowdfunding campaign in an attempt to save both venues from permanent closure. The campaign states that its first phase, which has a goal of €50,000, is essential in order to cover operational expenses through the summer. The campaign’s phase two goal is €150,000, which, if raised, will allow CDV to complete its rebuild and allow the venue to meet new regulations and operate for an extended period.
