Father John Misty appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to perform “Kiss Me (I Loved You)” from his fifth and latest album Chloë and the Next 20th Century. It’s his second late-night performance for Chloë, following his rendition of “Goodbye Mr. Blue” on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. Check out the Fallon performance below. Misty has shared music videos for the Chloë and the Next 20th Century tracks “Funny Girl,” “Q4,” “Goodbye Mr. Blue,” and “Kiss Me (I Loved You).” The LP is his follow-up to 2018’s God’s Favorite Customer. Tirzah is back with a new song. It’s called “Ribs” and she co-wrote it with her frequent collaborators Mica Levi and Coby Sey. In a press release, Tirzah mysteriously said, “Ribs sit close to the heart. It was another ‘future shadow’ – MF Doom.” Give it a listen below. Tirzah collaborated with Levi and Sey on her previous albums, Colourgrade and Devotion. Colourgrade was written between the births of Tirzah’s two children; she tapped into the experience of motherhood for the record. After releasing the LP, she dropped a video for “Recipe.” Tirzah is currently in the middle of a North American tour in support of Colourgrade. They’re announcing the project with Lies I, a two-track release featuring the new songs “Blemishes” and “Echoes.” Listen to those below. Last night (May 4), Olivia Rodrigo spoke out about abortion rights at her Washington, D.C. concert. Rodrigo paused during the middle of her show to express how “heartbroken” she is over the recent news that the Supreme Court plans to overturn the landmark abortion rights decision Roe v.
