According to Billboard, RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS‘ new album, “Unlimited Love”, sold 97,500 equivalent album units in the U.S. in its first week of release to land at position No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. It marks the band’s first chart-topping effort since 2006’s “Stadium Arcadium”. The Billboard 200 chart ranks the most popular albums of the week in the U.S. based on multi-metric consumption as measured in equivalent album units. Harry Styles’ comeback is complete, as his new song “As It Was” (Columbia) blasts to No. 1 on the U.K. chart. “As It Was” flies to the top of the Official U.K. Singles Chart with 94,000 chart sales, the OCC reports, for the biggest opening week of any single so far this year. Continuing its celebrations for the 20th-anniversary of Kingdom Hearts, Square Enix recently delivered a trailer during an anniversary event in Tokyo. The special trailer served to announce the upcoming release of Kingdom Hearts IV. Despite finishing the story arc of the original game with 2019’s Kingdom Hearts III, the new title sees the return of series protagonist Sora. Sporting a new look, Sora is seen waking up in a city called “Quadratum.” Sora is introduced to the city that replicates Tokyo by a new character named Strelitzia, shortly before the city is attacked by a massive monster. Bandai Namco has partnered with global K-pop sensation BTS to tap into the 2000s nostalgia. Fans can now keep BTS in their pockets with the new TinyTan Tamagotchi. The games will feature BTS-inspired TinyTan characters dancing in a mini-game called Dance! Dynamite!, baking in Make a Custard Tart! and serving their favorite foods. Depending on the games played, the costumes and hairstyles of the members will change.
