Katie Alice Greer, formerly the lead singer of Priests, has announced Barbarism, her debut full-length album. The record is led by the new song “FITS/My Love Can’t Be,” which arrives with a music video that Greer directed, produced, and edited herself. Watch the video below. Barbarism is due out June 24 via FourFour. The LP follows Greer’s three solo EPs: Freaky 57, 3 Colors, and No One Else on Earth. Ibeyi have announced a world tour in support of their forthcoming LP Spell 31, kicking off this September in Los Angeles before wrapping up in Paris next February. They’ve also shared a video for the third single from Spell 31, “Lavender & Red Roses” (ft. Jorja Smith). Check out the video and the full list of tour dates below. Nilüfer Yanya has shared the video for her Painless song “The Dealer.” Check it out below. Yanya released the album, her third, last month. She’s previously shared videos for “Stabilise” and “AnotherLife.” Last month she played “Midnight Sun” on the Tonight Show. Hercules & Love Affair have shared a new single from the forthcoming album In Amber. It features ANOHNI, marking Andy Butler’s first song with her since “Blind” from Hercules & Love Affair’s self-titled 2008 debut. The song also features Budgie, the drummer best known as a member of Siouxsie and the Banshees. Listen to it below.
