Greta Van Fleet Postpone Shows as Guitarist Jake Kiszka Is Hospitalized with Pneumonia

Greta Van Fleet have been forced to postpone a few shows on their current North American tour, as guitarist Jake Kiszka has been hospitalized with pneumonia. Jake’s twin brother, Josh (lead vocals), also fell ill, but has mostly recovered. Originally, the band was scheduled to kick off the 2022 outing with five shows in their home state of Michigan. J.J. Abrams Producing Scripted U2 Series at Netflix

J.J. Abrams and Bad Robot are producing a scripted series about U2 for Netflix. As The Hollywood Reporter notes, the as-yet untitled show will be written by Anthony McCarten, Hollywood’s go-to biopic scribe who has penned such based-on-a-true-story tales as The Theory of Everything (2014), Darkest Hour (2017), The Two Popes (2019), and most relevant for music fans, the cliche-riddled take on Queen, Bohemian Rhapsody (2018). The series is in the early stages of production. No story has been announced, and U2’s involvement is being kept under wraps, though the Rock and Roll Hall of Famers are expected to sign off on the project and license the use of their music from across their 14-album discography. “Get Your Body Movin” to 3VERYNIGHT’s Groovy Tech House Jam

It’s safe to say the pandemic is in the rearview, and rising house music producer 3VERYNIGHT wants to get everyone back on the dancefloor. His latest single is called “Get Your Body Movin,” and it’s a groovy tech house jam that moonlights as a call-to-action. Driven by a soulful refrain, the kinetic track was designed for clubs and would also fit right into 2022 festival sets. Disco-inspired sound design and quirky plucks run roughshod through the drop, which whips with the four-on-the-floor magnetism of a house anthem from Cloonee or Biscits. But the unquestioned highlight of “Get Your Body Movin” is its thick and thumping bassline, which churns throughout the arrangement. It acts as a bedrock, resolutely chugging through while 3VERYNIGHT...
