Marvel Entertainment has released a new featurette offering a special look into the upcoming movie featuring interviews with Oscar Isaac, Ethan Hawke, and May Calamawy. In Moon Knight, Oscar Isaac plays a character suffering from dissociative identity disorder who’s split between ex-Marine Marc Spector and gift shop worker Steven Grant. Isaac begins the trailer by describing the movie as a real, legitimate character study. Building off the distinct look seen in the comics, “our job was kind of put a lens on the things that had the most dramatic juice and ultimately take the mental health aspect incredibly seriously,” said Isaac. Belle and Sebastian have unveiled their latest song “If They’re Shooting At You,” in support of those affected by the ongoing war in Ukraine. The song was released alongside a visual element featuring a collage of pictures taken by photographers covering the conflict on the ground in Ukraine. Through the release of this video, Belle and Sebastian want to offer a message of “hope and solidarity” during the crisis. The band also announced they will be pledging all artist income from the song (streaming and digital sales) to the Red Cross. Jussie Smollett was sentenced Thursday (March 10) to 150 days in jail for lying to police about a racist and homophobic attack that the former Empire actor orchestrated himself. Cook County Judge James Linn sentenced Smollett to 30 months of felony probation, including 150 days in the county jail. Linn denied a request to suspend Smollett’s sentence and ordered he be placed in custody immediately.
