‘Encanto’s’ ‘We Don’t Talk About Bruno’ Cruising to Another U.K. Chart Crown

Encanto’s “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” is proving hard to beat in the U.K., where its on track for a seventh week at No. 1. Based on sales and streams from the first 48 hours in the chart cycle, “Bruno” has a “firm grip” on the chart, the OCC reports. “Bruno,” the first original Disney recording to hit No. 1 on the Official U.K. Chart, leads the First Look survey, with Fireboy DML and Ed Sheeran’s “Peru” tussling with Lost Frequencies featuring Calum Scott’s “Where Are You Now” for No. 2. Belters Only’s “Make Me Feel Good” is on the rise, lifting one spot to No. 4 on the chart blast, for what would be a new peak. “Make Me Feel Good” recently led the Irish Singles Chart, making Belters Only the first homegrown Irish dance act to do so in 22 years, according to the OCC. After years of teasing a new Black Star album, it seems as though the record is slowly becoming a reality for fans. Talib Kweli took to Instagram to share a photo of him and Yasiin Bey, previously known as Mos Def, with a caption that read, “The new Black Star album was recorded in hotel rooms and dressing rooms across the globe. I love how my brother @yasiinbey pushes me musically. #blackstarforever follow @blackstarkeepshining today…” Although a release date was not announced, it is the first piece of information about the album that fans have received in almost a year. Euphoria’s Season 2 Finale Was a Mess, and Not Even the Fun Kind

[Editor’s note: The following contains spoilers through the Season 2 finale of Euphoria, “All My Life, My Heart Has Yearned for a Thing I Cannot Name.”] Euphoria hive, this is a dark time. Today, we truly have no other choice but to put our eye gems away and ask ourselves — what was that?! The Euphoria Season 2 finale, which aired February 27th on HBO, finally brought this chaotic, discourse-filled era to a nearly disastrous close. The episode was a dumpster fire of pacing issues and lacked the signature style that makes the show fun to watch in the face of absurdity. It’s almost impressive that the hour managed to both be overstuffed and completely devoid of any cohesion at the same time. It was the epitome of, “Go girl, give us nothing.” Advertisement Related Video Since its return on Ja...

New leaks have surfaced suggesting that there are still a lot of maps to come for Halo Infinite. According to a dedicated Halo Twitter account @HaloHub, data miners discovered a list of more than 20 maps before the game itself actually launched last year, and more than 10 are still unreleased. The account also says that the dozen or so maps are currently “in the pipeline for the game in various stages of development,” although no precise timeline has been given as to when they’ll eventually hit the game. The decision to add more maps wouldn’t come as a surprise. Since launch, the player base for Halo Infinite has dropped quite significantly: its 250,000 peak is now down to just roughly 30,000 on average. Injecting new maps to the game would help to bring more players back while satisfying ...

KROKUS Singer Has No Regrets About Turning Down AC/DC Audition: ‘I Wouldn’t Change A Minute’

KROKUS singer Marc Storace says that he has no regrets about turning down a chance to audition for AC/DC more than four decades ago. The 70-year-old Maltese-born vocalist — whose band had opened for AC/DC in the past — passed on the opportunity to try out to replace the late Bon Scott in 1980. In February of that year, Scott died of acute alcohol poisoning after a night of heavy drinking at a club in London, just days after attending a session with Malcolm and Angus Young where they began working on music for what became the “Back In Black” album. “Back In Black” was the first album AC/DC released after singer Brian Johnson replaced Scott, and it went on to become the third-biggest-selling LP of all time. Asked in a new interview with Barbara Caserta of Italy’...

We’re ready. It’s not about the strength of the individual but about the strength of the unit. We found that out with Phil when he stepped in. “It’s just nice to be able to do what you do whether you’re the concertgoer or whether you’re the concert performer,” he added. “Let’s get back to normal. Let’s do what we ...
