CENA 2K22, Brazil’s premier hip-hop music festival, is back this year and will feature Trippie Redd and local collective Recayd Mob as headliners. The event, which will take place on April 9-10 in São Paulo’s Anhembi Sambódromo venue, is known for bringing together global artists and local talent. The lineup includes up-and-coming names in Brazil’s flourishing hip-hop scene like Tasha & Tracie, ONNiKA, MC Dricka, Cristal and Ebony. Turnpike Troubadours have signed with Andrew McInnes‘ TMWRK for management ahead of the group’s 2022 reunion tour. TMWRK’s Sydney Clark will serve as day-to-day manager for the group, while longtime agent Jon Folk with Red 11 Music in Nashville will continue to book their live performances. McInnes tells Billboard that he and TMWRK senior vp Paddy Scace were introduced to the band by David Macias at Thirty Tigers and that they eventually agreed to manage the six-person group after meeting the members in Oklahoma. A$AP Rocky and $NOT have released a music video for their new song “Doja.” Directed by Hidji and produced by Rocky’s creative agency AWGE, the visual follows the rappers and their friends around New York City, from a tattoo parlor to an underground subway tunnel. As the video closes, the camera pans out to show a mural of the late designer Virgil Abloh painted on the side of a brick apartment building.
