Gucci Mane Enlists Lil Durk for New Single “Rumors”

Gucci Mane has employed Lil Durk for a new track, “Rumors.” The song marks the duo’s first joint project since “War Wit Us (Remix),” which was released in 2014. “Rumors” arrived with an accompanying Jerry Production-directed visual, which sees the two rappers hanging out with their friends while showing off their ice and swapping verses. “This gone be a street smash when we drop this,” Gucci wrote on Instagram one day prior to the single’s release. The collaboration arrives as both artists have been keeping busy with several other projects. The performance marked Sweatshirt’s first appearance as a musical guest on The Tonight Show, though he previously appeared on Fallon’s Late Night for a performance of “Burgundy” with the Roots in 2013. Billboard is reporting that on Monday (January 24), a federal jury sided with the Grammy Award-winning rapper and found Tasha K liable for defamation and “two other forms of wrongdoing” due to her dozens of YouTube videos claiming that Cardi B had herpes and used hardcore drugs amongst other things.
