Nilüfer Yanya has shared a new song. “Midnight Sun” is the second single from her new album Painless (out March 4 via ATO), following  “Stabilise.” Its video was directed by Yanya’s sister Molly Daniel. Watch it below. “It’s a song about recognizing what it feels like to be pushed down but wanting to resist,” Yanya said of “Midnight Sun” in a statement. “I really like the imagery of ‘midnight sun’ as a lyric as it insinuates a light guiding you through darkness. Hatchie has announced her new album. The latest full-length from Harriette Pilbeam is Giving the World Away and it arrives April 22 via Secretly Canadian. Fred Again.. has released a new song called “Lights Out.” It’s a collaboration with Romy of the xx and London-based electronic artist HAAi. Indonesian rapper and singer Rich Brian has surprise released a new EP titled Brightside. Accompanying the four-track project is a music video for “Getcho Mans” directed by the reggies and featuring his 88rising labelmate Warren Hue. In the clip, Brian can be seen riding in a convertible with friends at night and rapping in an old-school phone booth.
