Referencing the early console war between the Sony PlayStation 1 and SEGA Saturn, Takara Tomy Arts has turned the iconic consoles into a range of watches. Set to be available in Gashapon machines, the series features two Sony PlayStation 1 (PS and PSOne) and two SEGA Saturn (Model 1 and Model 2) designs. Opening the disk hatch on the consoles reveals the digital time and a classic game disc (Everybody’s Golf, Arc the Lad, Virtua Fighter 2, Sakura Wars 2). Each watch comes complete with a matching strap marked with Sony PlayStation and SEGA Saturn logos. Tilted Towers, the legendary hot drop location that first appeared in the second season of Fortnite, looks to be finally returning. The current map has been covered in ice and since Chapter 3 began, and in just a few more hours, the ice and snow will melt away to reveal new locations. Hazel O’Connor, the veteran British singer and songwriter, is recovering from a brain bleed. The 66-year-old Coventry native was admitted to hospital Jan. 9 after being found in her home in south-west France having suffered a “serious medical event.” The following day, “things were touch and go” and the “next 24 hours would determine how her recovery may go,” reads an update posted on social media by her brother Neil O’Connor.
