While the in-person shopping experience has suffered greatly since the onset of the coronavirus pandemic in 2020, Roland is looking to change the way shoppers experience their products. The key to the legendary electronic music instrument manufacturer’s experience is their aptly-named Audience Specific Experience (ASX), which allows the stores to be tuned to customers’ liking the press of a button. The audio, video, and lighting are adapted to fit customers’ needs, allowing them to further immerse themselves throughout their visit. During an appearance on “The Jasta Show”, the video podcast hosted by HATEBREED frontman Jamey Jasta, guitarist Erik Rutan, who was in MORBID ANGEL from 1993 until 1996 and then again from 1998 until 2002, spoke about his engineering work on MORBID ANGEL‘s controversial 2011 album “Illud Divinum Insanus”. Darrell Caldwell, also known by his stage name, Drakeo the Ruler, was killed last night before his performance at Once Upon A Time in LA. A rep for the artist confirmed with The Los Angeles Times that the burgeoning rapper was fatally stabbed during an altercation that took place backstage around 8:40pm PST in what is described as the “roadway backstage.” Paramedics promptly responded to the incident but no arrests have been made yet.
