METAL CHURCH Members Are ‘Starting To Communicate Again’ For First Time Since Singer MIKE HOWE’s Suicide

METAL CHURCH drummer Stet Howland says that he and the members of the band are beginning to “communicate again” for the first time since the recent passing of singer Mike Howe. “I just talked to Kurdt [Vanderhoof, guitar] last night; we just had an amazing conversation,” Stet told Chris Akin of “The Classic Metal Show” in a new interview (as transcribed by BLABBERMOUTH.NET). “And that’s where we’re at — we’re all talking again. That’s where we’re at. But we were so broken, man — I mean, all of us. When I talked to Kurdt a few weeks ago, he was, like, ‘[Mike is] in Barbados.’ We were trying to digest the loss of Mike, because he was so much more than just our singer. He was Uncle Mike here at my house, and h...

Following this year’s Carnage, the duo is set to release their own soundtrack for the upcoming French nature documentary La Panthère Des Neiges. Today, they shared “We Are Not Alone.” [embedded content][embedded content] The new track’s title may be a reference to Cave’s own “Galleon Ship” off Cave and the Bad Seeds’ 2019 Ghosteen, but regardless is a caressing ode to the animal neighbors we share the world with. Cave and Ellis have worked on film scores together since 2005, yet this is Ellis’ first time composing an entire original score. “There is something about the heart of this film that draws you in. I realised after a day, that I wanted to ...

Don’t Be A Bamma: Kyle Kuzma Fried Online Over Pink Patrick The Starfish Pre-Game Fit

HipHopWired Featured Video CLOSE Source: Kyle Kuzma / @kuz The Washington Wizards are one of the surprise teams in the NBA after trading away All-Star Russell Westbrook to the Los Angeles Lakers and bringing on a bevy of necessary players. Kyle Kuzma, who is one of the team’s best contributors, is currently getting fried online after rocking an extremely loud and pink Patrick The Starfish outfit ahead of a Monday night game. Kuz was draped in a Raf Simons sweater that was probably meant to be worn by a member of the Annunaki instead of a normal-sized human. Sure, the sweater probably costs more than anything in most folks’ closets but that’s not going to stop anyone from getting their jokes off. What was wild about Kuz’s fit is that he’s already a rather tall gentleman, and the sleeves of ...

Knowing damn well I ain’t.” Following the murder of Young Dolph, Key Glock had deactivated his IG account as he’d naturally need to be alone and keep off social media with the craziness that followed the tragic news. Being Young Dolph’s cousin by marriage, Key Glock and YD have previously collaborated on ...

Challenge Redemption: Will Jonna And Jasmine Avenge Derek’s Elimination?

In 2009, Real World housemates Jonna and Jasmine stormed Cancun like Girls Gone Wild hopefuls, but — 12 years later — the BFFs’ return to the Mexican paradise has begun to feel, instead, like Girls Gone to War. And now that the ladies are fired up over the first Arena voting ceremony on The Challenge: All Stars, we have to ask: Will they be able to exact revenge on those who wronged their third musketeer, Derek? On the latest episode of the spinoff’s second season, Jodi and Derrick — the game’s first winning pair — quickly traded the thrill of victory for the burden of nominating four players into the game’s first elimination round. They consulted Nehemiah and Ayanna — who’d already been sentenced to The Arena for placing last in the first mission — but ultimately went rogue and chos...
