METALLICA To Release 40th-Anniversary Limited-Edition Ring
Commemorating 40 years of METALLICA, the band will release a special extremely limited ring, only 40 of which will be made. These 40 rings will be made to order, crafted from silver, and hand-numbered 1 through 40. Each will feature engravings of James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich, Kirk Hammett, Robert Trujillo, Cliff Burton and Jason Newsted. One side will display the number 40 with the M logo struck through the zero, and the other will feature the years 1981 and 2021, also separated by the M logo. DISTURBED Becomes First Band To Perform At Hard Rock Live In Gary, Indiana (Video)
Last night (Thursday, November 4), DISTURBED became the first band to perform at the new Hard Rock Live performance venue at the Hard Rock Casino in Gary, Indiana. This marked DISTURBED‘s second show back since the start of the pandemic; the band headlined one of the nights of the Louder Than Life festival in Louisville, Kentucky in September. After three years of construction, Drake’s Toronto music venue, called History, is officially complete and will be opening its doors this Sunday. Located in the city’s east-end Beaches neighborhood, the venue is branded with a large H logo, standing at 35,000-square feet and with a capacity of 2,500 people. History is owned by Live Nation Canada — not Drake — though the rapper collaborated on the concept and design of the space. On its main level, History features a 22 by 40-foot stage, a standing area for general admission attendees, merchandise stations and four bars.
