Young Thug Brings Out Gunna, Nate Ruess and Travis Barker During SNL Debut
Young Thug made his Saturday Night Live debut last night, and he made sure it was one to remember. The rapper played two selections off his just-released sophomore album, Punk, starting with a raucous performance of his latest single “Tick Tock” that ended with a chaotic drum solo by Travis Barker. For his second song, Thug brought out Nate Ruess and Gunna to perform their melodic collaboration “Love You More,” which also featured percussion by the blink-182 drummer. Thug dropped Punk on Friday. Following a petition by “concerned parents” calling for the ouster of Iron Maiden-loving high school principal Sharon Burns over the “satanic” imagery associated with the band, the school board has ruled that she can remain at her job. This year’s digital DC Fandome has just unveiled the official trailer for Robert Pattinson’s The Batman. The two-and-a-half-minute-long trailer showcases the key villains like the Riddler and Penguin while Batman’s relationship with Zoë Kravitz’s Catwoman is further revealed. ‘The Flash’ DC FanDome Teaser Reveals Alternate Flash and Supergirl
On top of the official trailer release for The Batman, DC’s online FanDome also teased fans with DCEU title The Flash. This film will see Barry Allen (Ezra Miller) aka The Flash, split into two different universes — one with Michael Keaton’s Bruce Wayne and the other involving Ben Affleck’s take on Batman. Miller greets fans in the introductory video and reveals that, as it is still in production, it is more of a “sneak peek” as they didn’t have “enough material.” Regardless of the length of the clip, fans are given a clear look at Miller’s full suit as well as an alternate version of himself and Supergirl.
