David Lee Roth has released the official music video for a new solo song called “Lo-Rez Sunset”. The clip, which also features original artwork by the VAN HALEN singer, can be seen below. “Lo-Rez Sunset” was one of five songs included in last fall’s The Roth Project, an online comic narrated by Roth, with music from John 5 on guitar and bass, Greg Bissonette on drums, Brett Tuggle on keyboards, and Luis Conte on percussion. The 17-chapter comic also included four other songs Roth co-wrote with John 5 and recorded several years ago at Henson Recording Studios in Hollywood, California: “Somewhere Over The Rainbow Bar And Grill”, “Alligator Pants”, “Giddy-Up!” and “Manda Bala”. John 5 got his first big break playing...
Ozzy Osbourne sat down with co-host Billy Morrison for another episode of “Ozzy Speaks” on SiriusXM‘s Ozzy’s Boneyard. During the episode, Osbourne and Morrison discussed Ozzy‘s collaborations with other notable musicians, including his pairings with Post Malone and Elton John on 2020’s “Ordinary Man” LP, as well as his upcoming album, on which he is once again working with producer Andrew Watt. “On this new album, I’m working with Jeff Beck, Eric Clapton, Tony Iommi and Zakk [Wylde],” Ozzy said (as transcribed by BLABBERMOUTH.NET). Regarding the process of collaborating with other musicians, Ozzy said: “You just write the song and you just ask them to sing [or play] what you [give them]. “The good thing is it...
In a new interview with Ultimate Classic Rock, HEART singer Ann Wilson was asked if it’s a little bit anxiety-inducing playing shows with her solo band in the midst of this ongoing pandemic situation. She responded: “Yeah, the protocol that we observe now is really intense. The last couple of legs that we went out on, especially the one of the northeast, some of those venues don’t allow you on the premises unless you’ve tested negative. And some don’t allow you on the premises unless you have a vaccination card. “We had to lay down this thing for our whole tour group,” she continued. “Every last crew person, every band person, had to be vaccinated. Some of them just kind of stomped their feet and went, ‘Well, that’s against my… you know...

FIFA has long been one of EA’s most successful franchises, even among its massive roster of successful video game titles. Its release every year has become a bona fide moment, as fans wait to see how the series will move forward. This year, the gaming giant has teased a leap in realism for FIFA 22, which releases today. The title’s major innovation is thanks to HyperMotion technology — a brand new advancement that EA used to create over 4,000 new animations for the game — and the introduction of next-gen consoles, which allow the game to fully spread its wings. But animation aside, FIFA 22 has also received crucial changes and improvements both in terms of gameplay and the modes it offers to create a more immersive and full experience for players. To coincide with the release, HYPEBEAST sa...
Following a two-year period of delays and postponements as a result of COVID-19, the 25th film in the James Bond series, No Time To Die, premiered in the U.K. earlier this week, with reports suggesting it made as much as $6.7 million USD. It’s no secret that cinema admissions across the U.K. have dropped considerably as a result of the pandemic, with a reported 44 million attendees throughout the whole 2020 — a sharp decline from the 176 million the year before. Despite these figures, early signs from Daniel Craig‘s final 007 outing certainly leaves room for optimism, with Universal also announcing it as the U.K.’s “widest theatrical release of all time” following screenings at 772 cinemas nationwide on Thursday — overtaking 2019’s Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker. While it may take some time ...

In addition to...
Notable videos such as Lil Nas X’s “Montero (Call Me By Your Name),” Future’s “Life Is Good” featuring Drake, and, a chart hit in its own right, Pinkfong’s “Baby Shark” have each racked up massive views online, helping these songs heighten and extend their global chart runs. Meanwhile around the world, video streaming helps diversify the charts, specifically with hits sprinkled throughout Asia. Japan and South Korea make up for the bulk of representation for Asian artists, although certain Indian acts have found success bolstered by official music videos for their charting hits. Jubin Nautiyal’s “Lut Gaye,” featuring Emraan Hashmi, climbed to No. 23 on the Global Excl. U.S. survey in April. But throughout the Hindi-language track’s chart run, it was the most or second-most streamed video i...
On Alternative Airplay, it’s Coldplay’s 29th entry and follows the No. 4-peaking “Higher Power” in June. Meanwhile, on Rock & Alternative Airplay, the song bows with 925,000 audience impressions, according to MRC Data. “My Universe” starts on both lists despite just three days of airplay toward the charts, having been released Sept. 24 (the tracking week for airplay tallies ended Sept. 26). Further gains are likely on the Oct. 9-dated Billboard charts, where “My Universe” could see a high debut on the streaming-, airplay- and sales-based Billboard Hot 100. In May, Abbott signed into law one of the nation’s most restrictive abortion measures, which bans the procedure after six weeks of pregnancy. It also employs a controversial method of enforcement that allows any private citizen to sue doctors, abortion clinics, as well as anyone who unknowingly helps women obtain an abortion — including ride-sharing drivers — for $10,0...
