ANTHRAX bassist Frank Bello has uploaded a video of him playing along to the classic IRON MAIDEN song “The Number Of The Beast”, the title track of the legendary British heavy metal band’s 1982 album, using his signature Steve Harris Fender Precision bass. In the clip, which can be seen below, Bello said: “Today I woke up in an IRON MAIDEN mood, meaning that I feel like jamming some MAIDEN. So I went to my storage and picked up a specific bass to inspire me to do it. So I picked up this baby. You probably know what it is by now; all of us IRON MAIDEN fans do. This is my signature Steve Harris Fender Precision bass. “But what’s even more special about this bass for me is that when we were on tour with IRON MAIDEN — ANTHRAX and IRON MAIDEN; one of our many...

Speaking to the crowd before the final song of the night, “Holy Wars… The Punishment Due”, Mustaine said: “I just wanna tell you how great it is. Look around you, guys. Look to your right, look to your left, and look how wonderful this is. We’re all here together. We’re not freaking out, and we’re not yelling at people, ‘Wear your fucking mask.R...
British extreme metallers CRADLE OF FILTH will release their 13th studio album, “Existence Is Futile”, on October 22. Directed by Vicente Cordero, this clip was shot back to back with his previous work for the band, the horribly apocalyptic “Crawling King Chaos”, though both are remarkably contrasting. CRADLE OF FILTH frontman Dani Filth stated: “This is a very different video from its predecessor, sporting more of a narrative amid leaning back toward a dark Victorian gothic vibe, showcasing the second of many unique tracks on this, our 13th album. It’s very cinematic, much like ‘Crawling King Chaos’, but walking a much more ...
