Markie Post, the veteran television actress who famously played public defender Christine Sullivan on Night Court, has died at the age of 70. According to Post’s manager, the actress died following a battle with cancer. A native of Palo Alto, California, Post’s first major TV role came in 1982 when she starred opposite Lee Majors in The Fall Guy. Three years later, she joined the cast of Night Court as Christine Sullivan. A public defender and primary love interest of Harry Anderson’s character Harry Stone, Sullivan first appeared in Season 2 of Night Court before becoming a full-time character beginning in Season 3. Post’s character was also naive and honest to a fault, and she was obsessed with Princess Diana memorabilia. Following the end of Night Court in 1991, Post starred in the poli...

Though Marvel fans are constantly eager to know more about other upcoming MCU films, the one that has kept fans on their toes is the release of Ryan Reynolds‘ R-rated Deadpool franchise. In a recent press event, Ryan Reynolds revealed key details of the progress of Deadpool 3. When asked about the chances of beginning filming in 2022, he said, “The percentage chance? I don’t know. I couldn’t assign a percentage to that. I’d say it’s 50/50 maybe? We’re really actively developing it and getting it into pretty good shape. What the hell month is it? August? Oh next year? Probably pretty damn good. I’d say 70%.” Though he noted that he has not kept track...

QUEEN‘s Brian May has commented on Eric Clapton‘s recent announcement that he will no longer perform at any venues that require attendees to show proof of vaccination. The announcement came after U.K. prime minister Boris Johnson‘s mandate that “vaccine passports” be required for entrance into nightclubs and venues by the end of September. “I love Eric Clapton, he’s my hero, but he has very different views from me in many ways,” Brian told Independent. “He’s a person who thinks it’s okay to shoot animals for fun, so we have our disagreements, but I would never stop respecting the man. “Anti-vax people, I’m sorry, I think they’re fruitcakes,” May continued. “There’s plenty of evidence to sh...
“My heart is so heavy. We lost a beautiful soul this week,” Timberlake captioned the celebratory gallery, which included a backstage clip of his crew singing “Happy Birthday” to Hurst while on tour with the Tennessee Kids. “Nicole lit up every room she walked into. On and off the stage she was a constant source of joy and positivity. Some things feel so unfair and we will never understand why they happen.” Timberlake’s throwback slides also included several photos of the pair lovingly embracing and performing alongside each other on stage. “What I do know is that we were blessed to laugh with her, to travel with her, and to experience her infectious smile and love for a life filled with music,” the former *NSYNC member continued. “...
The band added that Thomas was Kool & the Gang’s “wardrobe stylist who made sure they always looked fresh.” In the act’s early days, he also “served as the ‘budget hawk,’ carrying the group’s earnings in a paper bag in the bell of his horn.” Thomas was born on Feb. 9, 1951, in Orlando, Fla. In 1964, he and his teenage friends — brothers Ronald Bell and Robert “Kool” Bell, Spike Mickens, Ricky Westfield, George Brown, and Charles Smith — formed an early incarnation of the group, calling themselves the Jazziacs. After various name changes, the young musicians settled on their famous moniker in 1969, and released their self-titled debut that same year. Over the decades, the funk, soul and R&B legends have earned two Grammy Aw...
“Anti-vax people, I’m sorry, I think they’re fruitcakes,” May added. Clapton previously said he feared he would “never play again” after receiving both doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine. Meanwhile, May — who says he’s become a bit of a “health and exercise addict” after suffering a heart attack and having three stents put in, in May 2020 — supports the science behind the COVID-19 vaccine. “There’s plenty of evidence to show that vaccination helps,” he noted. “On the whole they’ve been very safe. There’s always going to be some side effect in any drug you take, but to go around saying vaccines are a plot to kill you, I’m sorry, that goes in the fruitcake jar for me.” You Deserve to Make Money Even When you ar...

Dickinson is considered one of the world’s most storied musicians af...
Sammy Hagar joined MÖTLEY CRÜE singer Vince Neil‘s solo band on stage at a private event this past Thursday (August 5) in Austin, Texas to perform a cover version of the LED ZEPPELIN classic “Rock And Roll”. Fan-filmed video footage of his appearance can be seen below. Thursday night’s show came more than two months after Neil struggled to complete his solo concert at the Boone Iowa River Valley Festival in Boone. Nearly a decade after the release of JAY-Z‘s D.O.A. (Death of Auto-Tune), T-Pain has finally revealed that he felt personally attacked by rap lyrics on the track. In a recent interview with Drink Champs, T-Pain reaches back into his archives to discuss his first reactions to the 2009 song, admitting that he did feel targetted with the diss. The hip-hop legend shared why he felt that way stating, “I’m the face of this. Just like Lil Yachty was the face of mumble rap—anytime somebody talk about mumble rap, Lil Yachty was the first person to come up. I was the face of Auto-Tune. Anytime somebody said, ‘Auto-Tune,’ I’m the face. So, when you say Auto-Tune is wack, I’m the face.” He continues, “If I woulda said f***in’ blue Yankees are terrible, everybody woulda been like, ‘Oh you dissin’ Jay-Z...
