Two-time Grammy-nominated progressive music titans DREAM THEATER will release their 15th studio album, “A View From The Top Of The World”, on October 22. “A View From The Top OF The World” is DREAM THEATER at its musical finest expanding on the sound they helped create while maintaining the elements that have garnered them devoted fans around the globe. More IRON MAIDEN Jigsaw Puzzles Coming In September
Three more IRON MAIDEN titles will get the jigsaw puzzle treatment later this summer. On September 17, Zee Productions will release MAIDEN‘s “Running Free”, “Sanctuary” and “Purgatory” singles as 500-piece jigsaws on its Rock Saws imprint. All 500-piece puzzles come in a vinyl-box-set-sized box, perfect to fit alongside a vinyl record collection. Rockers Pay Tribute To ZZ TOP Bassist DUSTY HILL
Ozzy Osbourne, Paul Stanley (KISS), Slash (GUNS N’ ROSES), David Coverdale (WHITESNAKE), Flea (RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS) and Billy Corgan (SMASHING PUMPKINS) are among the rockers who have reacted on social media to the passing of ZZ TOP bassist Dusty Hill. Hill died in his sleep at home in Houston, Texas, according to ZZ TOP‘s official web site. He was 72. The ZZ TOP concert scheduled to take place last night (Wednesday, July 28) in Simpsonville, South Carolina was canceled in the wake of Hill‘s sudden death. Funeral arrangements for Hill have not yet been publicly announced.
