NIGHTWISH Plays ‘Secret’ Show In Finland (Video)

NIGHTWISH played a special “secret” concert earlier tonight (Wednesday, July 28) in Oulu, Finland. The Finnish/British/Dutch symphonic metallers performed at Club Teatria disguised as a NIGHTWISH cover band called NEVSKI & THE PROSPECTS, although speculation about the group’s actual identity was strong enough to cause the event to sell out. NIGHTWISH played the Oulu show as a warm-up for its festival appearances in Finland this week: July 30 at Qstock and July 31 at Kuopiorock. The Oulu gig marked NIGHTWISH‘s first fan-attended show in more than two a half years. It was also NIGHTWISH‘s first proper concert with session bassist Jukka Koskinen‘s (WINTERSUN), who stepped into the group as the replacement for longtime NIGHTWISH bassist/vocalist Marko &#...

HHW Gaming: Sony Has Moved 10 Million PlayStation 5’s Since Its Debut

HipHopWired Featured Video Source: sony press / Sony press The PlayStation 5 took the gaming world by storm late last year, and even though getting your hands on a pair was as tough as getting a pair of kicks on the Nike SNKRS app, Sony has moved quite an impressive amount of units since its release last November. The Verge is reporting that though Sony’s latest console still remains as scarce out on these streets like a pair of OG retro Jordans, Sony was still able to bump off more than 10 million consoles these past few months. Lowkey feels like only a few hundred thousand units have been made available worldwide, but okay, not bad. The massive sales are making the PS5 the fastest-selling videogame system in Sony’s history and had it not been for a global chip shortage. The console would...

The council announced that KMD – MF DOOM Way will replace East Hudson Street, between Long Beach Bouleva...
