South Africa Ranked as Most Targeted Country in Africa, Cybersecurity Research Shows

It is used in many ways, and for different purposes, to lure unwary users to fake sites and trick them into entering personal information. The latter often includes financial credentials such as bank account passwords or payment card details, or login details for social media accounts. In the wrong hands, this opens doors to various malicious operations, such as money being stolen or corporate networks being compromised. This makes phishing a popular initial infection method. According to Kaspersky, phishing attacks are becoming increasingly more targeted. A number of new tricks have also been found – from HR dismissal emails to attacks disguised as delivery notifications. As a res...

Make America White Again: Racist Donald Trump Wanted To Trade Puerto Rico For Greenland, Seriously

Source: GREGG NEWTON / Getty Donald Trump’s contempt for Puerto Ricans, Mexicans and basically anyone from a “shit hole” country has been well-documented ever since he announced his Presidential campaign back in 2015. Since taking office in 2016 he’s done everything in his power to punish any man, woman, and child who dares to be born with brown skin and Latino roots including separating families at the border, slow walking aid to Puerto Rico after being rocked by natural disasters, and even denying Puerto Ricans stimulus checks at a time when they’ve needed it the most. But just when you thought he couldn’t be anymore racist towards American Latinos, the former chief of staff under former Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, Mile Taylor, revealed that Donald Trump was s...

Senator Akpabio: NDDC received N15 trillion in 19 years

The Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Senator Godswill Akpabio, has faulted the National Assembly inquest into the financial activties of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) between February and July 2020 rather than embark on a comprehensive probe of the interventionist agency’s 19 years of existence. The NDDC, he stated, received over N15 trillion in the last 19 years, with nothing on the ground to justify the huge funds, wondering why the lawmakers decided to probe five months’ activities in the commission. Speaking when members of the Independent Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) visited him in Abuja, Thursday, he noted that discretionary probe would not address the problem of the commission, which he described as cesspit of corruption. He, however, assured Niger Delta ...

Regrettably, this recent local government is more remote. “Presently, Nigeria now has the capacity to test 15,000 people daily but sadly, what we ...
