Report confirms West Ham offer for highly rated 19-year-old winger
Rangers attacker Kai Kennedy is thought to be a target for West Ham United. According to Football Insider, the Premier League side submitted a bid for the 19-year-old but the Scottish champions have turned it down. Apparently, the offer was in the region of around £600,000. Apparently, the Scottish outfit are looking to keep the 19-year-old attacker at the club next season. Kennedy has impressed during his loan spell this past season and he recently signed a new contract with the Ibrox giants that runs until the summer of 2023. Sheffield Wednesday attacking midfielder Josh Windass has admitted he regrets leaving Rangers in 2018.
