Honda unveiled the 2022 Civic Hatchback with little fanfare, but that hasn’t stopped the marque’s best friend, Mugen, from spicing the car up a little bit. While Mugen’s take on the new hatchback is far from the Mugen RR or last year’s Civic Type R, the additions do make for a much tastier-looking and feeling car. For example, Mugen offers a stainless steel exhaust with chrome-tipped finishers that’s been specifically developed for a sportier note, as well as a new radiator cap and oil filter, Type S-branded brake pads and upgraded brake rotors and braided brake lines, and of course, a host of visual tweaks too. Back in March, automotive customizer 1016 Industries unveiled its exposed carbon fiber and 3D-printed performance part-clad iteration of the McLaren 720S, and now it’s back with a stunning purple version. Informed by the same carbon fiber and 3D-printed formula, the 720S seen above is anything but stock. The lightweight development and addition of exterior body parts have resulted in a weight loss of 250 lbs, while the four-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine has been boosted from 710 HP to 900 HP, courtesy of a BF Stage 2 tune. James Jean has graced Koenigsegg‘s 2017 fastest road car — the Agera RS — with a full artistic makeover using his Pomegranate artwork. The Koenigsegg Agera RS made headlines in 2017 as it reached a top speed of 277.9 mph. While that record has since been broken, this makeover is just as impressive as it covers the entire hypercar — a model where only 25 units were ever produced. Back in March, the German marque BMW unveiled the iX — simply put, its first-ever all-electric SUV — and now we’re learning a bit more about some of the tech that’s gone into the car, more specifically, its Bowers & Wilkins speakers that feature real diamonds in them. Inside the car’s cabin are two Bowers & Wilkins Diamond Dome tweeters which are made using real diamonds to increase the speaker’s rigidity. As a result, the tweeters are as un-flexible as possible, meaning the final sound includes very little rattle that results in the clearest audio around. Supreme has just teased one of its most outlandish accessories to date — the upcoming wheel collaboration with DUB. Taking shape similar to DUB’s 2019 Wooze model of spinning rim, the wheel receives a red and white makeover with the Surpeme logo incorporated into the outer edges of the spinning patter while another ray pattern is placed in an opposite direction to give off the illusion that multiple parts are rotating at the same time. Porsche has officially presented its Mission R concept car. The all-electric competition car combines the German automaker’s state-of-the-art technology with sustainable materials to create a newly developed line of electric motors. Similar in size to the Porsche 718 Cayman, the Mission R is able to put out 671 horsepower when in race mode. Currently, the Mission R sits much lower than the 218 Cayman and wider. With two full electric motors that feature 429 horsepower unit on the front axle and 644 horsepower motor that powers the rear, the Mission R stays true to the racing roots of Porsche. In Qualifying mode, the Mission R is capable of hitting 1073 horsepower. The motor runs on a 80 kwh battery capacity and is able to supply up to 45 minutes of on-track action. Porsche also claim...

Tesla and Elon Musk reportedly have plans to launch a new electric vehicle by 2023, but it might not have a steering wheel. With this new announcement, Tesla is promising to take autonomous driving to another level. Last year, Musk announced at Tesla Battery Day that he is planning on making a $25,000 USD electric car. The tuning of electric cars isn’t as much of a craze as it is with combustion engine models, but that hasn’t stopped the likes of MANHART from producing the Tesla Model 3-based TM3 720. Breaking down that name, we find the acronym for the car itself alongside three digits, “720,” that relate to the all-electric car’s newfound power.
