While eBay has long been the reseller marketplace for most goods, StockX was one of the first dedicated platforms that kicked the door down for sneakers and streetwear collectibles when it opened in 2016. The world of art, as it pertains to that undefined threshold between high and low, still is without a StockX-like marketplace to provide buyers and sellers a trusted platform to acquire sought-after editions, prints and collectibles. FairArt was established to fill this gap. Exclusive to the UK, but soon to be available in Asia, Europe and the US, the platform features work from established and emerging artists, including Damien Hirst, Ai Weiwei and Nina Chanel Abney, along with Michael Reeder, Banksy, Cleon Peterson and Felipe Pantone. Credenzas may seem like a standard furnishing in everyone's living room, but the word itself has an unusual backstory. Centuries ago, the Italian word credenza ("credence" in English) was coined as a measure tied to belief. Essentially, nobility would have their servants sample food at a sideboard in the living room to test for poison. From an act of faith to a design object, American artist Paul Rouphail used the interesting transformation of a credenza as the theme of a new solo exhibition at Stems Gallery in Paris. The aptly titled show presents a series of new paintings centered around faith, fear and indulgence. In conjunction with an ongoing exhibition at its VLAB location, VILLAZAN gallery turns the focus back to its flagship in Madrid for a new group show called IN THE CLOUDS. The event brings together South Korean artist Diren Lee, Indonesian artist Suanjaya Kencut and Spanish artist Edgar Plans who create work that embodies the 'cuteism' movement that the gallery's founder has been an active proponent of. Known for his big-eyed "Animal Heroes", Edgar Plans created two wood on canvas works that pay homage to NBA greats, Michael Jordan and John Stockton. Both depict his cartoon figures outstretched like the Jordan Brand logo as they float amidst the clouds. In Suanjaya Kencut's vibrant paintings, the Indonesian artist creates alien-like dolls overlaid on flat colored backdrops, whose bodily pat...

Blending technology and automotive prowess, Porsche has embraced mixed reality (MR) to revolutionize its product presentations and technical briefings. This approach was most recently showcased in a Technology Workshop focusing on the new all-electric Macan, marking a significant shift from conventional presentation methods for the automaker. The workshop scene, reminiscent of a futuristic movie set, featured groups of engineers and journalists, equipped with the latest Meta Quest 3 headsets, interacting with virtual elements in a 3D environment. This immersive experience is a far cry from traditional media events where attendees passively observed PowerPoint slides and other static expressions of new vehicles.Porsche's journey towards immersive technology began with the Taycan AR Event App...
