Spanish porcelain brand Lladró is taking its first steps into the fine art world with its first-ever art collection, Art Editions – a series of limited-edition collaborative releases with big-name and emerging artists. Easy Otabor, owner and curator of Chicago's Anthony Gallery, has joined forces with Nike to produce a group exhibition highlighting the Air Force 1's timeless influence, during Art Basel Miami. Titled Sole Perspectives, the showcase will platform 20 artists whose work pays homage to the signature sneaker across a wide range of mediums, including photography, painting, collage, sculpture and video.The featured artists, which include Andrew Park, Bradley Ward, Henry Swanson, Jewel Ham, Lindsay Dawn, Michael C.
