According to Variety, writer and director John Krasinski took to social media to confirm the roster, sharing an image of scripts bearing the names of both returning veterans and heavyweight newcomers.
The core survival group from the 2020 sequel remains intact. Emily Blunt, Cillian Murphy, Millicent Simmonds, and Noah Jupe are all slated to reprise their roles as they navigate the post-apocalyptic landscape. Stepping into the silence is a fresh wave of talent, led by Jack O’Connell, who recently garnered acclaim for his role in Sinners. Joining him are Jason Clarke (A House of Dynamite) and Katy O’Brian (Love Lies Bleeding), further expanding the cast list.
