Daniel Stern was cited for soliciting prostitution after allegedly attempting to hire an escort at a hotel in Camarillo, California, on December 10th, according to TMZ. The 68-year-old Home Alone actor was not arrested, but instead issued a ticket.
Last October, Stern was briefly hospitalized for an undisclosed medical emergency. He most recently appeared on-screen in the Apple TV series For All Mankind.
