Kid Rock has been announced as the headliner of Turning Point USA’s “All American Halftime Show,” which is being positioned as the conservative alternative to Bad Bunny’s set at Super Bowl LX this Sunday.
“We’re approaching this show like David and Goliath,” Kid Rock said in a statement. “Competing with the pro football machine and a global pop superstar is almost impossible…or is it?”
He continued, referencing Bad Bunny: “He’s said he’s having a dance party, wearing a dress, and singing in Spanish? Cool. We plan to play great songs for folks who love America.” (To be clear, Bad Bunny has not said he is wearing a dress; that was a made up rumor on social media.)

Along with Kid Rock, “‘The All-American Halftime Show’ also promises performances from Bantley Gilbert, Lee Brice, and Gabby Barrett. It’s scheduled to air around 8:00 p.m. ET, around the time Bad Bunny is expected to hit the halftime stage at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara.
Turning Point USA, the conservative political action group founded by Charlie Kirk. Speaking to Fox Digital, the group’s spokesperson Andrew Kolvet said the goal of the halftime show was to provide “an opportunity for all Americans to enjoy a halftime show with no agenda other than to celebrate faith, family, and freedom.”
