Lady Gaga performed a rock-ified rendition of her song “Abracadabra” at the 2026 Grammys.
Performing in a large, decorative piece of wicker alongside frequent collaborator Andrew Watt on guitar and Josh Freese on the drums, Lady Gaga provided a high-energy, beefed up version of “Abracadabra.” Gaga played synths throughout the song, specifically performing for the camera as it would shift to various angles. In her usual fashion, the performance was stylized and charged, with Gaga escalating to a maniacal climax as the song reached its peak. Watch the performance below.
Mayhem and its singles “Abracadabra” and “Disease” earned Gaga six nominations at the 2026 Grammys, including Record of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance, Best Pop Vocal Album, and Best Dance Pop Recording. Her previous project, the Joker: Folie à Deux soundtrack album Harlequin, is also nominated for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album.
