If we’re to believe Liam Gallagher, he and brother Noel Gallagher will be in attendance when Oasis is inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this November.
Liam reacted to news of the band’s induction over a series of messages to X/Twitter early Tuesday morning. “I wanna thank all the people who voted for us it’s a real honour ever since I was a little kid and singing in the shower I’d dream about 1 day being in the RnR hall of fame it’s true what they say anything is possible if you have a dream,” he wrote.
When asked by a fan whether he and his brother will attend the ceremony scheduled for November 14th, Liam replied, “We’re both going we’re soooooo proud and humble.”
With Gallagher you never know the level of sarcasm in his social media posts. But when several fans reminded him of his past comments labeling the Rock Hall of Fame as “full of BUMBACLARTS” and “for wankers,” the Oasis frontman credited his mom for change in tune.

“Well I was speaking to my mummy last night when the news broke and she thinks I may have been a little hasty with my perception of the organization she’s told me to stop being a dick and go to the awards and behave and you never know you might enjoy it,” he wrote.
He also suggested that his previous negative comments toward the Rock Hall of Fame was “reverse psychology vibes in the area.”
For his part, Noel has yet to publicly acknowledge the news. Maybe he’s waiting to see if Phil Collins will be attending.
