Controversial streamer Adin Ross, who has hosted the likes of Donald Trump and Nick Fuentes on his channel, has officially closed on his purchase of the Breaking Bad house in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
As confirmed by TMZ, Ross spent $1.3 million on “Walter White’s house,” which was originally listed for $4 million in January 2025. After the four-bedroom property languished on the market, however, its listing price was dropped to $400,00.
Ross reportedly won out of “20 legitimate offers” for the home. While announcing he won the bid earlier this month, the livestreamer wrote on social media that he would “do everything in my power” to make his new house a 1-to-1 replica of “just how you see it in the show.”

Joanne Quintana, whose family owned the home for more than five decades, put it up for sale after so many Breaking Bad fans dropped by to see the exterior in person that they felt the need to put a fence around their property.
“This was our family home from 1973, almost 52 years,” she told local station KOB4 in January 2025. “So we’re going to walk away with just our memories. It’s time to move on. We’re done. There’s no reason to fight anymore.”
Now, it’s owned by a man who interviewed then-former President Trump leading up to the 2024 election and has hosted Holocaust denier Nick Fuentes on stream. Ross was also recently sued in a RICO lawsuit over fraudulent gambling alongside Drake.
