Brandi Carlile Announces 2022 Tour Dates

On the heels of her appearance on Saturday Night Live, Brandi Carlile has announced a series of high-profile headlining concerts in 2022. In support of her latest album, In These Silent Days, Carlile will play shows at the Gorge Amphitheatre in George, WA; the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles; TD Garden in Boston; and Madison Square Garden in New York City. Bon Iver will embark on a 23-date US amphitheater tour in Spring 2022. The newly announced jaunt comes in support of the band’s latest album, i, i. Per a press release, the upcoming shows will feature the latest iteration of the Bon Iver’s live band, with Justin Vernon joined by Sean Carey, Wye Oak’s Jenn Wasner, Mike Lewis, Matt McCaughan, and Andy Fitzpatrick. In Summer 2022, Swedish House Mafia will embark on their first tour in a decade. The 46-date jaunt kicks off in April with an appearance at Coachella. The tour really gets into motion starting in late July as the Swedish electronic trio plays arenas shows across the US and Canada through the middle of September. Peter Hook & The Light are coming back to the US. The veteran post-punker has just announced a 2022 North American tour called “Joy Division: A Celebration” that will see Peter Hook and his band performing songs by his former band Joy Division. Celebrated symphonic metal act Nightwish have announced a 2022 North America tour in support of their latest album, Human :||: Nature. The Finnish band will kick off the 10-date run May 4th in Toronto, and wrap up with a two-night stint May 20th and 21st at The Wiltern in Los Angeles. Tool will the return to the road in 2022 for an expansive tour that includes shows across the US, UK, and Europe. All told, Tool will play 54 concerts between January and May of next year. The tour officially kicks off on January 10th in Eugene, Oregon — the location of the next show Tool had been scheduled to play before canceling their 2020 tour due to the pandemic. alt-J have announced their new album, The Dream, out February 11th via Canvasback/Infection Music.
