When I first wrote about Tampa Bay’s They Hate Change last year, I called them one of the most exciting acts to be featured in my column. Foals Detail New Album Life Is Yours

Foals have revealed the release date and tracklist of their next album: Life Is Yours, the British rockers’ sevneth LP, is due out June 17th, 2022 via ADA/Warner UK Ltd. Life Is Yours follows Foals’ previous release, 2019 Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost, Part 1 and Part 2. It also marks the first Foals album as a trio, following last year’s departure of longtime keyboardist Edwin Congreave. Bonnie Raitt has readied her 21st(!) album, Just Like That… Ahead of the project’s April 22nd release day, the singer-songwriter has shared first single “Made Up Mind,” and announced a massive, eight-month tour. Raitt recorded Just Like That… last summer with collaborators old and new. Longtime bassist James “Hutch” Hutchinson and drummer Ricky Fataar return to their posts, while new additions Glenn Patscha and Kenny Greenberg lend keyboards, backing vocals, and guitar. Porridge Radio Announce New Album, Share “Back to the Radio”: Stream

Porridge Radio have a new album on the way called Waterslide, Diving Board, Ladder to the Sky, which is set for release on May 20th via Secretly Canadian. As a preview, they’ve shared “Back to the Radio” as the lead single. Rising Compton rapper Buddy has announced his sophomore album Superghetto, due out March 25th via Cool Lil Company/RCA Records. Ibeyi Announce New Album Spell 31, Share “Sister 2 Sister”: Stream

Ibeyi have announced the coming release of their latest album Spell 31, out May 6th via XL Recordings. The duo also shared the new single “Sister 2 Sister” as a preview. The studio set will be the third album from the soul-R&B act, made up of Afro-French Cuban twins Lisa-Kaindé and Naomi Diaz, following their 2015 self-titled debut and 2017 follow-up Ash. Weezer Announce 2022 Release Dates for Four New SZNS Albums

In a tweet that Rivers Cuomo said was “not confirmed with any record company or manager,” the frontman of Weezer announced the release dates for four upcoming albums. The SZNS cycle will debut with Spring on March 20th and continue with Summer on June 20th, Fall on September 22nd, and Winter on December 21st.
