The decision sets Sheeran up to face a jury in the case which was filed by an entity that owns a partial stake in the Gaye hit. HipHopWired Featured Video Source: ANGELA WEISS / Getty Atlanta rap star Gunna who was arrested in May as part of a large RICO indictment of YSL, has remained in holding. But this week, his attorneys filed a third bond motion seeking to have him released. According to court documents dated Sept. 26 that were reviewed by Complex, the rapper’s legal team said that Georgia prosecutors have failed to show evidence of its argument about why he should remain in custody. “The State has presented no evidence to support its claims of dangerousness and has dismissed the only serious overt act (75) that was present when the first bond hearing was held,” the legal team argued. HipHopWired Featured Video Source: Netflix / Netflix When Stranger Things was released to Netflix in 2016, the sci-fi show had viewers in a chokehold. Caleb McLaughlin plays Lucas Sinclair on the hit show and he told an audience at Heroes Comic Con Belgium that he experienced racism very early on. “It definitely took a toll on me as a younger kid,” he said. “My very first Comic-Con, some people didn’t stand in my line because I was Black. Some people told me, ‘Oh I didn’t want to be in your line because you were mean to Eleven [Millie Bobby Brown].’” According to Variety, Mc...
Just in time for autumn, Jennifer Aniston has exercised her influence to bring *the* denim trend for boot season back from the depths of fashion purgatory. While shooting The Morning Show in downtown Manhattan, the Friends alum was spotted wearing none other than a pair of bootcut jeans, a style that has gone largely unworn since the 2010s. The silhouette, which is fitted to the knee and flares out in order to encase a pair of boots, was replaced by skinny jeans at first and later by the vintage-inspired straight- and wide-leg jeans that reign today. But with a fan in Aniston, bootcut jeans could easily become the next big thing in the world of denim. With her dark-wash jeans, the actress wore a pair of point-toe black boots, a cropped blazer w...
