The company that Jobs built announced it has closed 11 stores across four states following an alarming increase in coronavirus cases in the United States. Back in March, Apple made a move to close all of its retail stores outside of China but decided to reopened stores on May 11 following the strict guidelines, of course. Agence France-Presse The National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA) has urged Gombe State residents to imbibe the culture of proper waste management to prevent environmental degradation like flooding. The NESREA Coordinator in the state, Mr Adamu Saurayi, made the call in an interview with newsmen in Gombe on Monday. He said that the call became necessary because many residents were in the habit of dumping solid waste in the drains, especially during the rainy season. As the world marks World Refugee Day on Saturday, thousands of Congolese are stranded at the Ugandan border seeking to enter the East African country after deadly tribal clashes back home.
