Gunna has released a Spike Jordan-directed, Valentine’s Day music video for “You & Me” featuring Chlöe Bailey, with whom the rapper was recently spotted holding hands in West Hollywood. The track, which samples Jon B’s “They Don’t Know” and Usher’s “Nice & Slow,” is the latest DS4EVER track to receive a video, following “Livin Wild,” “Pushin P” and “Too Easy (Remix).” Gunna shared a clip from the music video to his Instagram, tagging Bailey in the caption alongside a slew of heart emojis. DS4EVER, which was released in January, boasts 19 tracks and a top-shelf roster of guest appearances that include Future and Young Thug on “Pushin P,” Young Thug on “Mop,” 21 Savage on “Thought I Was Playing,” Drake on “Pussy Power,” Kodak Black on “How You ...
KayCyy is feeling at ease in his new single “OKAY!” produced by the enigmatic Gesaffelstein. The Frenchman returns with his first production credit since his contributions to one of the most high-profile albums in recent memory, DONDA by Ye (formally known as Kanye West). Always one to make a larger-than-life impression with menacingly dark sonics, Gesaffelstein doesn’t disappoint. Gesaffelstein’s raw and grungy bassline steals the show on “OKAY!,” completely leveling anything in its path on the low end. The energy finds its complement in a deliberately snaking analog synth melody. The winding sequence is enough to get stuck in one’s head much like KayCyy’s positively affirming lyrics, which echo in an ethereal cocktail of reverb and de...
It turns out there’s a spiritual successor to Madeon‘s acclaimed Secret Sky set. In 2020, just a month after Madeon made a splash at Porter Robinson’s virtual music festival, a select few students at the University of California, Riverside bore witness to their own “secret” Madeon performance at the school’s Spring Splash Festival. In fact, this set may never have even seen the light of day if Madeon hadn’t offered it up proactively himself. The French hitmaker publicly deliberated whether to post the set, and ultimately left it up to the fans to decide. Following a near unanimous response in favor, he dropped the hourlong set on YouTube. Recommended Articles Madeon explained that the visuals used in the UC Riverside performance were wha...

Dennis Rodman never let a playoff game get in the way of partying. In fact, the NBA Hall of Fame forward frequently relieved the pressure of major games with nights out on the town. In his new book, Walk On The Wild Side, Rodman details one such outing ahead of a critical NBA Finals Game 6 against the Seattle Supersonics. The night began straightforward enough, with sushi and some Sake bombs, but with a crazy crew by his side, things rapidly went off the rails. Rodman found himself filling his head with “ear-splitting” techno music all night long at Chicago’s legendary Crobar nightclub. “We ended up at Crobar, where they have a bondage rack and men will stand there writhing in pain while voluptuous women pour burning wax onto their ni...

Nick Cannon unveiled his new song “Alone” on Monday (Feb. 14), and it features a surprise declaration to his ex-wife Mariah Carey. “This is for anybody else who is #ALONE on Valentines Day… I had to come Raw from the heart on this one,” he captioned the post introducing the track on Instagram, adding the hashtags “#Broken #Shattered #Toxic #RAW&B #Alone.” However, the biggest shock came when fans hit play on the track, and the first voice they heard wasn’t Cannon’s, but Carey’s. The song flips her iconic 1990 single “Love Takes Time” into a quavering, ghostly sample that hangs over the proceedings. Verzuz co-creators Swizz Beatz and Timbaland were elated when their pandemic-launched musical battle platform was acquired by the Triller Network in 2021, a year after the global livestream phenomenon launched and exploded during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic. At the time, Swizz told Billboard that they didn’t originally have any plans to monetize the business and were just focused on giving people “some live, love and happiness” during the pandemic. Explore See latest videos, charts and news And then came the backlash from fans when it looked like Tuesday’s (Feb. 15) long-awaited Anthony Hamilton vs. Musiq Soulchild Valentine’s Day showdown would be available only on the paid Triller platform instead of for free on Instagram Live, where it has been since its ince...
