Prosecutors have hit Young Thug with more charges as the rapper awaits trial for his RICO case. The rapper was among the more than two dozen individuals who were arrested in May for alleged criminal gang activity related to Young Slime Life (YSL). Alongside Gunna, Young Thug, whose real name is Jeffrey Williams, was indicted on charges of gang activity and conspiring to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO). The Atlanta district attorney’s office has confirmed that Young Thug is also being charged with street racing, reckless driving and speeding, WSB-TV reported first. Herb Deutsch, the co-inventor of the Moog synthesizer and professor at Long Island’s Hofstra University, died on Friday (December 9). “Herb’s legacy and place in the history of music will never be forgotten. Rage Against the Machine bassist Tim Commerford revealed in a new interview with Spin that he’s been living with prostate cancer amid the band’s recent reunion. The 54-year-old said that he’s currently doing well after receiving treatment earlier this year. “I hope there’s one person who reads this and is like, ‘Fuck, I need to get checked out’ when they find out about it,” he said.
