Rex Orange County Announces New Album ‘WHO CARES?’ Featuring Tyler, the Creator

Rex Orange County has officially announced his newest album WHO CARES? with the release of its lead single, “KEEP IT UP.” The upcoming record will mark his first release since 2020’s Live at Radio City Music Hall EP, which was recorded from his two sold-out shows at the venue just before COVID-19 cut his tour short. Rex Orange County spent most of 2020 back home in the UK and spent some time with Benny Sings in Amsterdam to collaborate, and those sessions prompted a follow-up trip back where they spent 10 days working on WHO CARES? Sebastian Ingrosso Confirms New Swedish House Mafia Music With Sting

Swedish House Mafia and Sting are collaborating on new music, according to group member Sebastian Ingrosso. In the group’s official Discord server, Ingrosso confirmed that they have a new single with Sting coming out soon called “Redlight.” He did not mention a specific release date of the track with the esteemed musician, perhaps best known as the frontman of legendary new wave rock band The Police. “Swedish house mafia feat. Migos’ ‘Culture’ Removed From Streaming Services on Fifth Anniversary

Migos‘ Culture has been removed from streaming services including Spotify, Apple Music and TIDAL. The 2017 record disappeared from the platforms just as Offset, Takeoff and Quavo are set to celebrate Culture’s fifth anniversary. The group did not release a statement or share any information about the removal of the album, and instead posted an art piece on Instagram that was bombarded by comments from fans asking where Culture had gone. Spotify Agrees to Pull Neil Young’s Music After His Criticism of Joe Rogan’s Podcast

Earlier this week, Neil Young posted an open letter to his website urging his record label and management to scrub his music from Spotify, accusing the platform of “spreading fake information about vaccines” by hosting The Joe Rogan Experience. Now, Spotify has agreed to pull Young’s work from streaming, according to a statement from a Spotify spokesperson. As of this writing, some of Young’s albums remain on Spotify. New Suicide Compilation Surrender: A Collection Announced

Suicide, the influential proto-punk band comprised of the late Alan Vega and Martin Rev, are releasing a career-spanning collection of music. The new album is called Surrender: A Collection and it’s due out March 25 via Mute/BMG. Suicide have shared “Frankie Teardrop (First Version),” which features different lyrics than the original 1977 song, and an accompanying short film directed by the Jesus and Mary Chain’s Douglas Hart.
