Brian Eno has shared a lyric video for his new song “We Let It In,” featuring vocals from his daughter Darla Eno. It’s the latest single from his forthcoming LP ForeverAndEverNoMore due out next month. Deerhoof have shared a new song, a track titled “My Lovely Cat.” Satomi Matsuzaki wrote the song’s lyrics in Japanese, with lines including: “My lovely, lovely cat!/I can’t even leave home!/Let’s monitor on pet-cam.” The band recorded the song with engineer and producer Mike Bridavsky, the human caretaker of the late feline internet sensation Lil Bub. Phoenix have announced their first album in five years. Alpha Zulu is due out November 4 via Loyaute/Glassnote. The follow-up to 2017’s Ti Amo was self-produced by Phoenix and recorded in Paris’ Musée des Arts Décoratifs, which is located in the Palais du Louvre. Today, the band have released Alpha Zulu’s latest single “Tonight,” which is a duet with Vampire Weekend’s Ezra Koenig. Phoenix have also shared an Oscar Boyson-directed visual for the song. Ricky Martin has filed a $20 million lawsuit against his nephew, claiming his younger relative tried to “assassinate” his reputation and integrity when he accused the singer of stalking and harassing him earlier this year. According to legal documents obtained by Billboard, Martin — who filed the complaint in San Juan, Puerto Rico — says he is being “persecuted, besieged, harassed, stalked and extorted by a maladjusted person whose interest is to obtain an economic benefit.” He claims his nephew, Dennis Yadiel Sanchez, has messaged him via Instagram demanding money and also made his phone number public on social media, among other allegations.
