Pi’erre Bourne has delivered his latest solo album, Good Movie. Clocking in at approximately an hour and 10 minutes, the 23-track record features only two guest appearances from Don Toliver on the track “Psane” and Young Nudy on “Moving Too Fast.” Good Movie marks the NYC-raised artist’s third release of the year, following Space Age Pimpin with Juicy J in June and Wolf of Peachtree 2 with Jelly in May, and is his first solo album since 2021’s The Life of Pi’erre 5. Fans can also catch Bourne on the road this Fall, with his world tour kicking off September 6 in Houston — his birthplace — and spreading out across North America, Europe, UK, Australia and New Zealand until December. The rapper appeared briefly in the third episode of the show, first as a shapeshifting elf that takes the form of Megan Thee Stallion to defraud an associate of She-Hulk. The xx’s Oliver Sim has canceled his upcoming fall tour. Sim shared the news on Instagram earlier today (September 1), writing that his September and October dates would no longer take place. The trek was scheduled to support his debut solo album Hideous Bastard, which arrives September 9 via Young. “Part of the reason Hideous Bastard came to be was imagining playing the songs live,” Sim wrote on Instagram. “But timing is everything and sometimes things don’t quite come together the way we‘d hoped.” He noted that ticket refunds would be made available.
