To mark the occasion, the network has announced that the show has been picked up for a second season.“Nathan has sparked such a lively conversation with The Rehearsal,” Amy Gravitt, the executive vice president of HBO programming, said in a press release. “We have no idea where Season 2 will take us, and that is the delight of this boundary pushing show from a truly singular talent.” In The Rehearsal, Fielder, with the assistance of a construction crew and various actors, helps people “rehearse” moments in their lives.
