A lawsuit accusing Snoop Dogg of sexual assaulting a woman in Anaheim, California in 2013 has been refiled, documents obtained by Pitchfork show. The lawsuit, which was initially reported in February, was later dismissed after the rapper and other defendants filed motions for dismissal and the woman filed a notice of voluntary dismissal with her attorney. The case was refiled in a California federal court earlier this week, removing the rapper’s business ventures from the lawsuit to sue only Snoop Dogg and fellow defendant Bishop Don “Magic” Juan.
