When explicitly asked if he was still the president of the company, Pusha T responded, “No, I’m not.” The interviewer then asked him to further clarify that he’s “not tied with G.O.O.D. Music anymore in any way,” and the rapper confirmed that’s the case. On Friday (Dec. 16th), Garland issued directives to federal prosecutors to pursue the same charges and establish equivalent sentencing for both cocaine powder and crack cocaine. The current law sees people who are convicted of possessing 28 grams of crack cocaine receive a mandatory sentence of five years in prison.
