Adam Sandler is linking up with Uncut Gems co-director Josh Safdie for a new project. Rather than a movie, however, Safdie will be in the director’s chair for Sandler’s upcoming Netflix comedy special.Entitled Love You, the stand-up act marks the actor’s first TV comedy special since 2018’s 100% Fresh. Disney+ has raised its price again, soon costing over double the price when the platform launched in late 2019. The increase, taking effect in October 2024, comes ahead of major titles like Inside Out 2 and Deadpool & Wolverine coming to the platform in the next couple of months. Disney+ will cost $15.99 USD a month for the ad-free tier, a stark contrast from the $6.99 USD a month at launch. The ad tier has also raised its price to $9.99 USD a month. Both tiers receive increases of $2 USD. Other Disney-owned streaming platforms aren't safe as Hulu also receives a price increase. Dream Scenario director Kristoffer Borgli may have found the lead stars of his next A24 film, The Drama.According to Deadline, Zendaya and Robert Pattinson are currently in early talks to front the filmmaker's next movie. Plot details are yet to be revealed, however reports claim that it follows the romantic story of a couple who experience "an unexpected turn" the day before their wedding. Borgli wrote the script himself, while Ari Aster, Lars Knudsen and Tyler Campellone will serve as producers.Deadline adds that A24 was keen on reuniting with Borgli following the success of Dream Scenario, and that Zendaya's "strong interest" in joining the film really got the gears moving. HBO's House of the Dragon will come to an end with Season 4, the network confirmed.The news was announced by showrunner and co-creator Ryan Condal on Monday as part of a discussion of the Season 2 finale. He also revealed that production on Season 3 could begin in early 2025, although the episode count has not been agreed upon just yet. “I haven’t had discussions with HBO about it," Condal said.
