MAX has released the official trailer for the upcoming and highly-anticipated Batman spin-off series, The Penguin. The series, starring Colin Farrell is slated to arrive this fall. Those who attended Comic-Con this past weekend saw Gotham City return for DC's panel. Farrell joined the panel via Zoom, and was joined by director Matt Reeves as well as co-stars Cristin Milioti and Rhenzy Feliz and makeup designer Mike Marino. Reeves directed The Batman starring Robert Pattinson and is set to be working on its sequel. ‘The Boys’ Receives Prequel Series Starring Jensen Ackles and Aya Cash

Prime Video's The Boys is getting its own prequel series. Focusing on Soldier Boy and Stormfront, the spin-off is set in 1950s New York City. Titled, Vought Rising.The original show's creator Eric Kripke, announced the spin-off in a panel at the San Diego Comic-Con this past weekend. Marvel Has Announced the Official Title for Its Upcoming ‘Fantastic Four’ Film

Marvel's anticipated panel at San Diego Comic-Con was full of surprises. Amongst them was the official reveal of the upcoming Fantastic Four film's title. It was announced that the film, which is slated to land next summer, will be called Fantastic Four: Four Steps. At the panel, Marvel also announced Oscar winner Michael Giacchino as the composer on the film. Matt Shakman is set to direct the film which stars Pedro Pascal as Mr. Fantastic, Vanessa Kirby as Invisible Woman, Joseph Quinn as the Human Torch and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as The Thing. Yesterday, at the San Diego Comic-Con, Adult Swim finally announced the official premiere date for Uzumaki, the highly-anticipated anime adaption based on one of Junji Ito’s most popular manga.The anime was first announced back in 2019 as a four-episode mini-series. While it was originally slated for a 2020 premiere on Toonami, its release date had been pushed back several times. Lazarus, the highly-anticipated new anime project from Cowboy Bebop’s director, Shinichiro Watanabe, will now be looking at a release window in 2025.A year ago, the first teaser trailer for Lazarus premiered at Adult Swim Festival’s “Toonami on the Green” event. The teaser offered a glimpse into the anime’s characters and sci-fi premise, competing with an electronic and jazz soundtrack.
